Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organisation providing professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. These tasks await you:

• Basic and treatment care in stable client situations
• Assignments in complex client situations with support from a nursing specialist
• Needs- and situation-appropriate care activities based on care planning, according to competencies and professional deployment criteria
• Maintaining meaningful care documentation
• Needs assessments using household assessments
• Needs- and situation-appropriate support in the area of living environment and daily life design in simple and complex situations
• Household management taking into account the resources of the clients according to economic aspects
• Support for maintaining and promoting, or regaining individual abilities involving the resources of our clients
• Independent and delegated activities in the area of administration
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation

We expect from you:

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with further training in treatment care (medical technology)
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organisation
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self and social competence
• Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
• IT user skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
