About the job

We are looking for a
Cook 100% (m/f/d) - Bern BE

Your area of responsibility

You work in the cold kitchen and responsibly manage your assigned station
You independently prepare the daily salad buffet and ensure an appealing presentation
You prepare various desserts with creativity and care and support the team in preparing the breakfast offer
You take care of the mise en place at your station and ensure a smooth workflow
You perform general cleaning tasks and comply with all legal standards, hygiene regulations, and internal standards
You work from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., depending on the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.

Your profile

Completed cook apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
Ideally, you have experience from a large kitchen or catering
You can communicate very well in German and possibly speak another foreign language
You are a true team player and contribute to a good atmosphere
As a host, you have a good sense of what our guests need and expect
