Your Responsibilities
For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which leads the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are seeking a motivated and independent
Assembly Operator 100% (all genders)
In this role, you will undertake the following tasks:
- Assembly and repair of cells/products or their components according to work instructions (WI)
- Troubleshooting of simple faults (immediate measures) and reporting to LV/TL
- Soldering work
- Active contribution of ideas for process improvement
- Support in handling quality cases
We require the following for this position:
- Several years of experience in fine assembly
- Soldering experience as well as experience handling electronic assemblies (PCBs)
- Strong quality awareness, good eyesight, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity for the finest work and components
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and shift work (2-shift system)
