IT3 is an innovative service company in the field of real estate and trust services in Schaffhausen, St. Gallen and Zurich. We work straightforwardly, directly and on an equal footing.

For our location in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a person who enjoys working with numbers, takes on tasks independently and actively supports our trust team in day-to-day business.

Your tasks – versatile, independent and with responsibility:

• You independently manage your financial accounting
• You prepare VAT returns as well as interim and annual financial statements
• You assist with tax returns for natural and legal persons
• You prepare budgets and liquidity planning and keep an eye on the figures
• You work closely with the mandate management and support them in the reliable care of the mandates

What you bring – professionally and personally:

• Commercial training, ideally with experience in trust services or accounting
• Specialist further training or the desire to take the next step
• Precise, independent and efficient way of working
• A flair for numbers and enjoyment of varied mandates
• Openness, flexibility and a good sense for numbers
