The Interregional Blood Donation SRK AG ensures the blood supply in Bern, Vaud and Valais with seven centres and around 700 mobile blood donation campaigns per year. In this important management position, you take on a central role in ensuring the blood supply. Together with your team, you organise and coordinate mobile blood donation campaigns and further develop processes. Additionally, you take responsibility for projects in the area of blood procurement. Partnerships.

What you can achieve

• Personnel and organisational leadership of the mobile teams Bern with around 30 employees in collaboration with three group leaders
• Planning and organisation as well as active participation in the further development of the mobile teams Bern
• Maintaining cooperation with partner and helper organisations as well as internal stakeholders
• Planning and coordination of larger blood donation campaigns as well as operational support of processes before, during and after deployments
• Coordination of projects to optimise processes, digitalisation and introduction of new systems for blood procurement

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a qualified nurse, midwife/obstetrician or paramedic
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a medical environment with high social competence
• Strong organisational talent as well as experience in project management is an advantage
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration as well as confident appearance and assertiveness
• Communicative and solution-oriented personality with German as mother tongue and good knowledge of French
