To strengthen our team in the Backoffice area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Backoffice Manager (m/f/d), 80%, at the Langenthal location from 01.07.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the cash and financial processes in the store – ensuring everything is always correct.
- You organise inventories so that losses and discrepancies remain as small as possible.
- You are the interface between your supervisor and the store and coordinate the various logistical, administrative and commercial areas.
- You ensure that internal processes are clearly communicated and adhered to – and actively contribute to their improvement.
- You take on the training and qualification of employees in the use of our ERP system.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or a similar background and have already gained experience in a comparable position.
- You are proficient in financial management and goods flow.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience or knowledge in management.
- You can set priorities well and distribute tasks sensibly.
- You have a very good flair for numbers and administrative understanding.
- You have a precise, structured and efficient way of working.
- You feel confident with digital tools – you like to try out new systems and are not afraid of them.
