About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Control of all building applications regarding preventive fire protection and personal safety within the framework of fire protection regulations, including intermediate and final inspections of renovations, conversions, and new buildings;
- Periodic fire safety inspections of existing buildings and facilities;
- Support for numerous events in terms of fire protection and personal safety;
- Providing information on fire protection-related inquiries.
Your skills
- You have completed a recognized training as a fire protection specialist or are willing to complete it;
- You are proficient in office IT applications and preferably have experience in the field of fire protection and safety.
- As a reliable and resilient person, you have an independent working style and good local knowledge;
- Good communication and coordination skills complete your profile.
Administrative Fire Protection Clerk (40 - 100% - job sharing possible, limited for 1 year)
Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support of the fire protection safety officers;
- Coordination of appointments for periodic inspections and fire protection approvals;
- Preparation of protocols, reports, and correspondence;
- Management and maintenance of files;
- Telephone and counter service: contact person for residents, authorities, and property managers.
Your skills
- As a reliable and independent person, you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification;
- You are proficient in office IT applications and preferably have experience in the field of fire protection and safety;
- Good communication and coordination skills complete your profile;
- Foreign language skills and good local knowledge are an advantage.
