bb corporate textiles is the still young business division of bb trading promotional items ag. We develop customised textile solutions for corporate wear & promo wear, workwear, gastronomy and hospitality as well as hospitals and care with custom-made products and private label concepts. With a dedicated team of four employees, we are systematically expanding this innovative area.

Your role: Specialist in Custom Manufacturing.

You are responsible for the entire custom manufacturing line and bring experience in developing tailored clothing concepts. Your strengths include a keen sense for fabric selection, pricing, and the implementation into production-ready documents up to coordinating order processing and delivery of goods. You work independently, structured, networked, and result-oriented – with a strong focus on customer benefit and collaboration.

With us, you will never be bored! Thanks to bb trading’s large customer base, we receive projects that are very varied, both in type and scope – from single item productions, to textile employee gifts, to corporate wear relaunches, everything is included.

• Overall responsibility for the custom manufacturing line
• Strategic expansion and further development of the custom manufacturing area
• Product development in close coordination with the team
• Active collaboration with suppliers in the EU and Far East (digitally via WeChat)
• Trade fair visits and customer visits as needed
• Creation and management of production documents and project documentation

Profile check: Do we have a match?

• You bring several years of experience in apparel development, workwear, PPE or corporate wear
• You have a confident handling of production documents: tech sheets, BOM sheets, size charts and material sheets
• You have negotiation experience with international suppliers (EU and Far East)
• You bring solid knowledge in project management and all upstream and downstream processes
• On a professional level, you are confident with Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and generally have a strong affinity for systems
• You have an independent, proactive and result-oriented working style with an eye for detail
