HR Business Partner (80-100%) - 1489
In this important role, you advise the managers of your business unit not only on classic HR topics but also actively drive the further development of HR processes and tools as a digital enabler. Together as a team, you shape HR strategy topics, contribute digitalization ideas, and support Swissgrid in further expanding modern, technology-supported personnel work.
This is how you ensure electricity in Switzerland
- Comprehensive support of employees and managers along the employee life cycle
- Capturing and anticipating HR-specific business needs as well as deriving and initiating HR and organizational development projects
- Close cooperation with the Learning & Development Business Partner to further develop our employees
- Initiating and taking over HR projects and participating in strategic topics
- Actively driving digitalization in HR – from the introduction of new tools to the further development of existing systems to automation and AI-based use cases
- Taking over process responsibilities and optimizing existing HR workflows with a focus on efficiency, data quality, and user orientation
- Accompanying change and transformation projects, especially in the context of technological changes
This is how you make a difference
We are looking for a motivated, integral, and digitally affine personality who advises managers competently, thinks strategically, and enjoys actively shaping modern HR work. You bring with you:
- Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on HRM, business administration, or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role, with proven experience in the digitalization of HR processes or HR IT projects
- High affinity for digital tools, HR IT systems, and modern technologies – ideally experience with tool introductions, system integrations, or the use of AI in HR practice
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Goal-oriented, efficient, and structured working style with pronounced organizational skills
- Experience in leading change projects and transformation processes
- Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills
