Your area of responsibility

In this role, you report directly to the Team Leader Order Processing and take on the following main tasks:

• Independent handling from order receipt to invoicing of national and international export orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Preparation of export documents, including dangerous goods for land, sea and air freight transports
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
• Maintenance of master data and documentation in the ERP system
• Processing complaints and customer enquiries
• Telephone and written contact with customers, sales partners and freight forwarders, mainly in German, French and English
• Close cooperation with production, logistics and sales departments
• Co-supervision of commercial trainees
• Administrative and organisational support of the team

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial basic training
• Further training as an export clerk or federally recognised specialist certificate in foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in export and order processing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and in the field of dangerous goods is an advantage
• Precise, independent and efficient working style
• Strong communication skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2), French is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
