Your Tasks

You will perform assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
You create care documentation and individual care planning
You instruct, advise, and support other employees
You take over holiday cover for the nursing management

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
