Trainer in Bakery Panofina
Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting apprentices throughout their entire basic training period
- Assisting with apprentice recruitment as well as organising and conducting induction days, training days and events
- Coordinating training programmes and deployment plans as well as supporting trainers with progress assessments and final evaluations
- Advising and coaching trainers on training and support matters as well as assisting with professional training in the in-house bakeries
- Organising and conducting specialist courses for apprentices, trainers and Panofina employees as well as contributing to a positive learning and working environment
Requirements
- Completed training as a baker-confectioner EFZ
- Completed trainer course
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
- Enjoy working with apprentices and supporting and promoting young people
