• Professional and personnel management of the positioning care team for 7-8 operating theatres
• Supervision of the plaster room
• Interprofessional coordination of specialist processes in positioning care
• Development and updating of standards
• Implementation of process adjustments and innovations
• Supervision and procurement of specific materials, equipment, and instrument assortment

What you bring with you

• Certified Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Completed further training course in positioning care and experience in plaster and bandaging techniques
• Several years of professional experience as an operating theatre positioning nurse
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High professional, social, and leadership competence
