We are looking for an experienced leader as People & Transformation Lead with end-to-end responsibility for performance, development and transformation of several cross-functional organisational units. You shape the interplay of strategy, organisation, culture and skills to ensure sustainable business impact, customer benefit and learning value creation systems. In doing so, you are responsible for several teams and value streams and continuously develop them into a scalable, resilient and effective organisation. As a driver of a modern Lean Agile organisation (SAFe), you promote empowerment, transparency, systemic thinking and data-driven management.

Your tasks

Development and implementation of the organisation and transformation strategy including target architecture, operating model and roadmap with clear business impact.
Ensuring a scalable, learning and delivery-capable overall organisation across several value streams (flow, stability, speed).
Design of value streams, organisational and decision architectures to maximise end-to-end value flow and customer benefit.
Building and developing leadership, key roles and teams towards a high-performance Lean Agile organisation with a culture of trust, ownership and continuous learning.
Introduction of data-driven management with flow, quality, people and business metrics for continuous improvement.

Your profile

University degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable discipline with a strong ability to effectively connect technology, organisation and strategy.
Several years of experience in Lean Agile transformations as well as in product and technology organisations in an enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of modern operating models (system design, value streams, DevOps / BizDevSecOps, scaled product development).
Strong leadership competence with a focus on coaching, empowerment and building high-performing organisations, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, high social competence, reflective ability and pronounced change strength.
Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic entrepreneurial skills to manage complex organisations based on KPI, flow and impact metrics.
