About the job
The position is located at the Garderie des Ateliers in Mont-sur-Lausanne, a facility with a capacity of 64 places. The position is to be filled in the group of older children.
Working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Promote a quality relationship and exchanges with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
Your profile:
You have the ability to develop reflective action. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the team. You also have experience with children in group settings.
You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record.
