About the job
As a breakfast chef, you ensure the quality and consistency in breakfast service, which also includes
- Independent management of the breakfast kitchen station
- Preparation and cooking of breakfast dishes including egg dishes
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of all prepared dishes
- Seasonal and cost-conscious selection and preparation of products
- Implementation and control of hygiene standards at the station
- Support in the cold kitchen as well as supervision of commis and interns
You have training in the kitchen and bring experience in everyday kitchen work. Additionally, you bring
- Completed training as a cook is an advantage
- Experience in various kitchen stations as well as first experience in guiding employees
- Clean and structured working method as well as understanding of quality and efficiency
- Flexibility, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
- Teamwork, reliability, and open communication
- Good German and/or English skills
