The role…
In 2027, Weidmann will celebrate its 150th anniversary. For this special year, we are looking for a committed individual as the central contact person to coordinate and help shape the anniversary year. In close collaboration with internal teams, our communications agency, and the Head of Group Marketing & Communications, you will ensure the timely, coordinated implementation of all measures at a high level. The position is limited from now until 31 December 2027 and is aimed at working students, interns, and career starters who want to gain initial practical experience.
How you will make an impact…
- Overall project management: coordination between internal stakeholders, agency, and external partners
- Managing schedules, milestones, and approval processes
- Interface to 17 international locations for local measures and translations
- Co-creating the anniversary brand and communication materials in collaboration with the agency
- Contributing to the anniversary film, content formats, and LinkedIn activities
- Organising anniversary events and maintaining the landing page
What you bring with you…
- Degree in communication, marketing, event management, business administration, or related fields
- Strong organisational skills, creativity, and communication ability as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, reliability, assertiveness, and attention to detail
- Enjoyment in working with international stakeholders
- Flexibility for occasional weekend assignments
