Technical Service Maintenance Coordinator (100%)
Profile:
For this position, we are looking for a dynamic person with strong manual and organisational skills as well as a strong predisposition for teamwork. They are flexible and have a good spirit of initiative. They can remain calm under stress even in difficult situations, finding effective solutions with their knowledge and technical skills.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of competence in a technical sector profession
- Additional training as a company manager in arts and crafts (IFCAM diploma) or a diploma as a plant technician (SSS) or equivalent training is a preferred qualification
- Work experience in the operation and maintenance of hospital buildings and systems and/or complex industrial infrastructures (minimum 4 years)
- Work experience in planning and leading a team
- Desirable experience in occupational safety and fire protection
- Solid IT knowledge (MS Office environment, applications for plant management CARL and Desigo)
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of German and French
- Availability for shift work, outside normal hours, on public holidays and to provide on-call service
- Preferred requirement: ability to reach the site quickly, preferably within 30 minutes
