Our practice Pedalo in Erlinsbach AG (10 minutes from Aarau) is a steadily growing, innovative MediX partner practice with 5 general practitioners, 2 gynaecologists, a midwife, a polarity therapist, a psychologist and a young, motivated and competent MPA team.

We offer holistic, modern and scientifically supported medicine in the sense of classical conventional medicine, which we deliberately complement with complementary methods.

Tasks

Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, 60-100 % from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Patient reception and telephone triage
• Preparation of pregnancy checks including CTG
• Practice administration with electronic patient record (Aeskulap)
• ECG
• Spirometry
• Digital X-ray
• Laboratory
• 24h blood pressure measurement/Holter ECG
• Setting up and monitoring infusions
• Consultation assistance and support with minor surgical and gynaecological procedures

Medical Practice Coordinator clinical speciality with federal diploma, start by arrangement, 10-20 %

Your tasks

We are looking for a clinical MPK who accompanies our patients. On behalf of our doctors, you independently care for the patients and carefully document the measures and progress in our practice information system "Aeskulap". In cooperation with the doctors, this creates optimal care for our patients.

Depending on the module completion, various care areas and counselling sessions can be established in our practice and expanded over time.

You bring with you:

• Federal certificate of competence as Medical Practice Assistant and/or completed training as clinical MPK with federal certificate of competence
• Ideally professional experience and knowledge of practice procedures in a group practice
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Independent and structured working style
• Initiative, team spirit and reliability
