Your duties
Admission of new patients
Initiation of diagnostics
Monitoring of therapy
Documentation of the medical history and discharge planning under senior medical supervision
Interpretation and conclusions from medical findings
Independent performance as well as assessment of common diagnostic activities under guidance and supervision
Collaboration in interprofessional and interdisciplinary therapy teams
Coordination and documentation of the weekly interdisciplinary team meetings
Cooperation with pre- and post-care partners (general practitioners and specialists, referring hospitals, home care services, etc.)
Participation in internal training courses of the UAFP

Your profile
Initial clinical professional experience with the training goal of General Internal Medicine or as a foreign year in another discipline or doctors wishing to obtain the specialist title in Geriatrics
Swiss or EU state examination (the diploma must be MEBEKO-recognised)
Native German speaker or very good German skills (at least C1)
Open, sociable and interested personality who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
