Spa Receptionist (m/f/d)

The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been awarded several times as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. The extensive garden with private bathing beach, panoramic boat jetty, and marina is complemented by a versatile water sports offer, a water ski and sailing school, as well as boat rental.

Experience in the same or a comparable position

German and English required, any additional language is an advantage

Strong service orientation, organizational talent

Active sales of the entire spa offer including products

General administrative tasks

Care and accuracy in adhering to standards

Co-responsible for the care of the Spa Lounge
