About the job

• Business Partnership: With your overall view of HR activities, you are a trustworthy and communicative contact person for managers and employees on HR topics and a coach for leadership questions
• Recruiting and Applicant Management: Together with the responsible line managers, you are responsible for recruiting new employees. For this reason, you also recognize the value of sustainable employer branding and personnel marketing
• Personnel Administration: You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire HR life cycle. In addition, you process the monthly payroll runs, are responsible for payroll accounting, and serve as the interface to insurance companies, authorities, and the finance department
• Controlling: You are responsible for training the PEPS deployment planners and HR controlling
• HR Projects: You take a proactive role in personal and operational changes to support the vision of the specialist clinic and are responsible for various HR projects.

• Professional Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position
• Further Education: You have a specialized further education as a certified HR specialist
• IT Affinity: You are familiar with common MS Office programs
• Working Style: You are used to working independently and take on the HR generalist role. Additionally, you are a reliable, discreet, customer- and service-oriented personality who quickly gains the trust of stakeholders through your positive and competent demeanor
• Team Player and Passion: You are characterized especially by your teamwork skills, loyalty, and noticeable commitment. Your passion for HR topics is evident in your communication and actions
• Christian Values: You identify with the Christian-influenced and value-oriented corporate culture.
