To complete our team, Pilet & Renaud Transactions SA, a company dedicated solely to brokerage, is recruiting a Real Estate Sales Broker.

Your responsibilities:

• Search for and acquire new mandates for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct valuations of investment properties
• Prepare sales files
• Market the mandates
• Manage and develop the database of investors and potential buyers
• Support clients through to signing

Your profile:

• Commercial spirit, dynamic and motivated
• Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss real estate market
• Strong negotiation skills
• Precision in creating files and "data rooms"
