We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who will strategically build, shape and operationally implement our marketing. You will engage intensively with our target groups, understand their customer journey and ensure that our marketing measures are relevant, consistent and effective. You work independently, think holistically and bring creativity as well as implementation strength.

This is your task:

• Responsibility for the entire marketing and communication strategy
• Analysis and further development of our target groups and customer journeys
• Planning, building and implementing target group-oriented marketing measures
• Management and implementation of campaigns across various channels such as website, social media, newsletter and events
• Experience with performance marketing
• Responsibility for our external communication and brand perception
• Close collaboration with internal teams such as sales, management and specialist departments
• Coordination and leadership of external agencies and partners
• Ensuring consistent language and positioning across all channels
• Measurement and optimisation of marketing activities based on clear goals and key figures

What you should bring:

• Completed training or degree in marketing, communication or comparable
• Several years of experience in marketing
• Experience in the conception and implementation of marketing measures
• Very good understanding of target groups and customer journeys
• Creative thinking combined with a structured and pragmatic working style
• Experience in working with agencies
• Affinity for digital topics and technologies
• Graphic implementation of marketing measures (optional)
• Experience in the IT environment is an advantage but not mandatory
• Enjoyment in actively contributing in an SME, taking responsibility and implementing topics yourself rather than just managing
• Very good German and English skills
• Independent, responsible and proactive personality
