The United Montessori Children school, located in the municipality of Lancy and only a 5-minute walk from Parc de la Bâtie, is looking for a French-speaking AMI 3-6 years trained guide (50%-60%) to join its bilingual team starting August 2025.
Profile sought:
AMI 3-6 years diploma required.
Significant experience in supporting children aged 3 to 6 years.
Excellent command of French (knowledge of English is an asset).
Proven skills in group management and creating a caring and structured environment.
Respectful of the child, patient and attentive.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with families.
Energy, creativity, and sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Support children in their overall development (motor, cognitive, social, and emotional) according to Montessori principles.
Prepare and maintain an environment adapted to the needs of the children.
Observe and guide children in their autonomous activities.
Collaborate with the educational team and families to ensure individualized follow-up.
Participate in school life and team meetings.
