Tax Commissioner for Employed Persons
Tax Administration (Commission Department) | Department of Finance and Municipalities | 80–100 % | Chur
The Tax Administration offers you a comprehensive induction into a demanding field of activity and a collegial working atmosphere from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Checking and determining the tax factors for income and wealth taxes of natural persons (employed persons) based on tax returns
- Issuing objection decisions and representing the Tax Administration in legal proceedings before the courts
- Maintaining contact with municipal tax offices, taxpayers and their representatives
What we expect from you
- Commercial basic training, preferably supplemented by a federal specialist certificate or degree
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in accounting, fiduciary and/or tax matters
- You have a quick grasp, fluency in oral and written expression in German. Knowledge of Romansh and Italian is an advantage
- Decisiveness
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness combined with good manners and a confident appearance
- Professional commitment and willingness to continue training
- Resilient, organised and team-oriented personality with high discretion and reliability
