Your Skills and Experience
- Completed training as foreman/construction supervisor with professional experience
- Solid expertise in road/underground construction
- Practical experience in work preparation, quality assurance, and team leadership
- Experience with project and schedule planning on site
- High social competence and strong communication skills within the team
Your Tasks
- Independent and responsible organization of construction sites
- Creating measurement bases and daily reports (SAP-based)
- Monitoring work steps, deadlines, and costs
- Compliance with occupational safety and standards as well as efficient use of resources
- Communication with clients, construction management, and residents
