Chief Physician / Head Physician of the Clinic

About the job

• You enable patients to find a way out of the crisis and to access a better quality of life and self-determination
• You support the chief physician in the conceptual development of the Biel psychiatry service, especially the Biel outpatient service
• You contribute your ideas and specialized knowledge and develop with us general examinations, treatments, and special consultations
• You are part of the backup service in the on-call system and, if you wish, can take on additional percentages in the outpatient sector

• You have a specialist title in psychiatry/psychotherapy (FMH or recognized by MEBEKO) and enjoy collaboration with somatics, for example in the fields of obesity, oncology, or gynecology
• Ideally, you already have management experience and possess strong social skills
• You are a flexible, independent, collegial, and enthusiastic person and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
• You have good knowledge of French and German (at least level B2) and want to experience bilingualism
