About the job
Dizziness throws people off balance – we help them find it again. In our highly specialised neurological centre in the heart of Zurich, just a few steps from Stadelhofen station, we provide specialist assessments for patients with dizziness and balance disorders. Our centre is continuously growing – and so is our team.
Important to know: Your fixed working days are Thursday and Friday (40%). In addition, we expect you to take on additional working days at short notice during team holiday absences and operational needs. These extra shifts are an integral part of the position.
What to expect with us
A varied daily routine at the interface of medicine and organisation:
- You are the face of our practice: You welcome and see off our patients
- You keep the practice running: Practice phone, emails and the organisation of consultations including summoning patients are in your hands
- You prepare reports, correct and send them
- You manage the medical records fully electronically via curaMED – paperless and modern
- You perform blood draws (analyses are handled by our external laboratory)
- You assist with lumbar punctures – no worries, experience is not necessary, we will train you carefully
- You pitch in wherever the daily practice routine needs you
What you bring
- You are a trained MPA with at least one year of professional experience – or you have a commercial background with administrative experience and a genuine interest in medicine
- Experience in neurology or with practice software is a plus but not a requirement
- You interact with patients and referrers in a friendly, reliable and competent manner – even when it gets hectic
- You have very good computer skills and a quick grasp
- You are willing to take on additional working days at short notice during team holiday absences and operational needs
What we offer you
- Lots of personal responsibility and independence in a highly specialised, growing centre
- Personal and professional development, which we actively promote
- A warm, highly motivated team where, alongside the demanding daily routine, there is also room for a joke and good conversations at lunchtime
- Central location directly at Stadelhofen station in Zurich
