We are looking for a dedicated and qualified service technician (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and help maintain our customer service at the highest level. Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance and repair of pharmaceutical robotic systems at our customers' sites.
• Conducting fault analyses and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Training and supporting customers in handling our systems.
• Documenting the work performed and preparing service reports.
• Collaborating with technical support and the development department to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable).
• Experience in technical service, ideally in robotics or automation.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics and control technology.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence category B.
