Tasks
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen im 1st und 2nd Level Support.
- Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Fehlermeldungen.
- Installation und Betreuung von Hardware, Software und IT-Systemen.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemtechniker oder gleichwertig.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support.
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Technologien und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

About the job
· Consulting and supporting users in 1st and 2nd level support
· Analysis and processing of malfunctions and error messages
· Installation, maintenance, and support of the used hardware, software, and IT-
application systems (media technology, PCs, notebooks, M365 apps, printers, etc.)
· Procurement of hardware, software, and consumables
· Creation of documentation, instructions, and training materials
· Conducting user training sessions
· Participation in IT projects
· Practical trainer: responsibility for the training and supervision of learners and
interns
· You have completed training as an IT system technician / IT
supporter / computer scientist EFZ or an equivalent IT qualification
· You can demonstrate several years of experience in1st and 2nd level support.
· You have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows & M365- apps)
· You are a service-oriented and communicative personality and have good German language skills, both spoken and written
· You enjoy and are interested in new developments and technologies and the willingness to continuously further your education
· Experience in training and supervising learners (ICT specialist EFZ)
· Completed training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
