About the job
Workload approximately 80%.

- You create and implement support plans for individual and group therapies within the core team.
- You are an active part of a transdisciplinary team.
- You work closely with families, supporting and advising them on educational and developmental matters.
What you bring with you:
- a recognised qualification in occupational therapy, preferably EDK accredited
- a professional practice permit from the Canton of Basel-Landschaft
- interest in autism
- desirable are additional training in communication support concepts, knowledge in paediatrics, and good IT skills.

Since 2008, the Autism Centre (AZ) of the GSR (www.gsr.ch) has been supporting children on the autism spectrum (ASS) from the preschool age up to school entry in an intensive setting. The transdisciplinary work with specialists in remedial early education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, as well as complementary day structures, is highly valued.
Since 2014, the AZ has been recognised by the Federal Social Insurance Office for the implementation of intensive early intervention (IFI) in early childhood autism. In addition to the core business of IFI, the AZ offers a variety of autism-specific further training courses.
