Our client, the attractive Schiffländi retirement home in the heart of Gränichen, offers a needs-based and loving home for 90 residents. In addition to the main building, this includes the "Haus am Bach", a specialised residential area with 20 units for people with dementia. Head of Finance & Services 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FIBU / BEBU, monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, reporting)
• Member of the management team; involvement in strategic and operational decision-making processes
• Responsibility for services & administration (administration, complaint management, telephone, reception), personnel administration and HR services (payroll and social insurance accounting)
• Leadership, development and coordination of the service and admin team
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed higher commercial or business administration education (university/FH/HF)
• and many years of experience, e.g. in fiduciary, controlling, finance
• Several years of experience in finance/accounting as well as knowledge in HR administration, preferably in a social or healthcare organisation
• Several years of leadership experience and experience in change projects
• Strong social, leadership and communication skills, high resilience and structured working style.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
