About the job
Your Tasks
- Individual and competent care and support of our patients according to our nursing mission statement
- In this role, you are additionally responsible for the training of apprentices and students on an interdisciplinary ward
- You convey theoretical and practical fundamentals, create appropriate learning situations and accompany practical work with a focus on preparation for working life
- You conduct training discussions, document the training status, are familiar with the current training regulations and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance
- You actively participate in organising our internal TT days with the HF/FH students
- You work in the Shared Governance team in the department, attend the internal education forum monthly, contribute your expertise and instruct and advise apprentices, students and staff on nursing and organisational matters
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Ideally professional experience in acute care or vocational training
- Vocational trainer certificate (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
- Strong social, professional and methodological competence
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
