The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization that conducts educational and job integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.

For the "WerkBahnhof" in Bad Ragaz, a service for job seekers, we are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) starting from January 1, 2026, or by agreement as:

Job Coach and Course Management (90%)

You can also apply specifically for one of the two areas of responsibility

Responsibilities Job Coach (50%)

• Conducting regular coaching and goal-setting discussions, responsible for case management
• Coaching participants in implementing the application strategy, active job search, and facilitating contacts for job trials and internships
• Briefing and debriefing in specific application situations
• Reporting in the form of final reports and creating work references

Responsibilities Course Management (40%)

• Designing educational offerings lively and effectively with know-how, creativity, and expertise
• Ensuring smooth administrative processing and documentation of progress
• Continuous improvement and ensuring a high quality standard
• Personal engagement in meetings and internal training opportunities to actively promote knowledge exchange

Requirements

• You hold the federal certificate "Trainer" and have initial professional experience in adult education
• You have experience in conducting coaching discussions and/or in supporting job seekers and further training in coaching and/or consulting
• Your positive attitude towards life and your differentiated worldview distinguish you
• You communicate appropriately to the situation and strive to continuously develop your communication skills
• You are familiar with the regional job market and well-informed about current economic developments
• You are motivated to actively shape civil society and enjoy contributing to the community
