- You support our residents with their individual needs and take on nursing tasks within your competencies
- You observe the health condition of our residents, recognise changes and reliably pass on important information
- You remain attentive even during quiet night hours and ensure that our residents always feel well cared for
What you bring with you
- Qualification as SRK Care Assistant or Health & Social Assistant (AGS)
- Enjoyment in working with people and a pronounced empathy
- Responsible, reliable and independent working style
- Calmness and overview even in demanding situations
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
