• In the absence of the branch management, you take charge of the operational management of the branch staff and ensure smooth operations
• You actively contribute to achieving the branch’s objectives
• You understand and embody Ochsner Sport’s sales philosophy and thus help to enthuse our customers
• You are responsible for preparing and monitoring staff and leave planning
• You confidently use the till and other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure the smooth running of the sales process
• You actively support the implementation of merchandising rules to always present our products optimally

• You have a basic sales training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in the sports sector, are required
• Solid knowledge of the sports sector is necessary
• You have already gained initial experience in personnel management
• You have excellent command of French; knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
• You maintain honest and respectful relationships with colleagues and superiors and always keep your composure, even in special sales situations or during busy periods
