Your tasks

Ensuring evidence-based nursing quality (CNS role)
Development and implementation of innovative nursing concepts
Management and support of projects and change processes
Training, advising and supporting our nursing teams in everyday life
Occasional work in direct care and taking over case management in complex client situations
Promotion of further education and ensuring knowledge transfer

Your profile

Degree as Nurse Specialist MScN / APN
Several years of professional experience
Experience in nursing development
Knowledge of RAI-HC is an advantage
High social competence, empathy and team spirit
Enjoyment of innovation and change
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
