Santschi Immobilien & Verwaltungen GmbH specialises in the management of condominium ownership. With great care, discretion and commitment, we support condominium owners' associations in their daily activities. To strengthen our team in Uetendorf, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a 

Property Manager Condominium Ownership (60 - 80 %)

Your tasks

• You independently manage various condominium and co-ownership properties.
• You conduct and support condominium and co-ownership meetings including invitations, minute-taking and implementation of resolutions.
• You coordinate craftsmen and other service providers.
• You are the reliable contact person for owners.

Your profile

• You have professional experience / knowledge in the management of condominium ownership.
• You enjoy communicating on the phone and like contact with people.
• You are open to modern and future-oriented IT and enjoy familiarising yourself with new programmes.
• You work independently, in a structured and precise manner.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
