• Contributing to the conceptual development of central finance and control topics, especially in the areas of: Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), ALCO reporting, internal cost allocation as well as MTP and budget process
• Developing professional and theoretical foundations for the mentioned subject areas
• Analysing, further developing and optimising existing methods and concepts
• Supporting the establishment of a consistent methodological framework for reporting and control processes
• Participating in the structuring and documentation of concepts and models
• Close collaboration with the Treasury and Controlling departments
• Regular coordination of work results at CFO level

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable course of study (ideally with a focus on Banking/Finance)
• Interest in bank management, treasury, asset-liability management (ALM) or controlling
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and understandably
• Team spirit and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Very good German and English skills
