The Paul Scherrer Institute PSI is the largest research institute for natural and engineering sciences in Switzerland. For the Application Management and Projects group, we are looking for an
Your tasks
- Software development on the ServiceNow platform (integration, interface definition, configuration, and workflow management)
- Support in analysing and defining new requirements for the listed applications
- Accompanying projects in the introduction and further development of the supported applications
- Collaboration with external partners in programming and support
- Third level support for self-developed applications
- Second level support for externally developed applications
- Consulting and training for all application user groups
- Training for 1st level support organisations
Your profile
- You will complete the federally recognised Matura this year
- You find the research environment exciting and commit to working with us for four years at a minimum of 40% in Model A
- Knowledge of software development and common programming languages is an advantage
- Knowledge of classical and agile project management is an advantage
- Strong team skills and willingness to take on cross-group tasks
