Your Challenge

• Active participation within the Abacus team (looking beyond the immediate scope – along the process)
• Recording, analysing and defining processes in plant construction
• Implementation taking into account the standard solutions of Abacus
• Close collaboration with our Abacus consultant
• Coordination/interface between Abacus consultant and specialist group (users)
• Active communication of process milestones
• Creation of process documentation and training materials as well as conducting user training for key users and end users
• Training users in the AbaBau area
• Taking over project data and creating new projects in Abacus
• Responsible for AbaBau during the introduction and roll-out in our branches
• First and second level support for application questions during the roll-out phase
• Deputising for the module manager SVM (service tool)

Your Profile

• Good industry and process knowledge in construction, ideally in the HVAC environment
• Good knowledge in the area of calculation and project management in construction, ideally in the HVAC sector
• High IT affinity, with willingness to be trained in Abacus
• Willingness to support or train users at the branches on site (throughout Switzerland)
• Understanding and solving users’ process requirements/problems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good manners and enjoyment in contact with people in various functions
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French
• Team player, resilient and precise in work
• High methodological and social competence
• Active listening and good communication skills
