Personnel Consultant RAV Wil (m/f/d)
- Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
- Conducting and recording counselling sessions
- Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labour market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
- Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
- Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the activities
- Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
- Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake further training as an HR specialist (specialisation B)
- Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
- Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
- Flexibility and willingness to work also at the RAV locations in St. Gallen and Wattwil
- High degree of independence and personal responsibility after professional induction
