Property Management Clerk (m/f/d | 60 - 100%)
In this varied, independent role, you can apply your commercial skills, maintain lively social contact with internal and external parties, and actively support our small management team.
Your tasks:
- Support of property management in day-to-day business
- Care of our residents in rental matters
- Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
- Preparation of rental contracts as well as processing agreements and contract adjustments
- Administrative management of properties and tenancies
- Coordination of appointments and orders with caretaking, gardening, craft businesses and other partners
- Communication with authorities as well as internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative tasks within property management
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as a property management clerk (e.g. SVIT) or corresponding professional experience in the real estate sector
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, service-oriented working style
- Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
