Our Customer Care Team is growing because more and more people are taking the step to start their own business. For this, we are looking for reinforcement to continue managing the high customer demand quickly and reliably. Immerse yourself in the world of startups and become part of our team as a Clerk for Company Formations in the Customer Care Centre.

For this position, we require very good German and French skills, as you will competently support our customers in both languages.

Your tasks:

• Answering telephone calls and initial customer consultation as well as coordinating appointments
• Processing and checking certificates and other legal documents
• Correspondence with notaries and commercial registers
• Debtor management
• General correspondence and administrative tasks

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education and already have experience in customer service
• You have an exact way of working and are an open and communicative personality
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and are helpful
• You speak German as your mother tongue and have very good English and French skills
