Your Tasks

Support and advice for all service providers regarding performance recording and tariff matters
Training of service providers including creating and modifying performance documents
Analyzing and processing error messages after performance import
Taking on various coordination tasks
Participation in projects in the areas of performance recording, tariff revisions, ERP
Managing the data structure in the performance recording system (IBI-Care) in consultation with the clinics
Conducting periodic performance recording audits including feedback on optimization proposals for correct and complete performance recording
Supporting patient billing in complex rejections
Creating cost estimates

Your Profile

Commercial or medical basic training with hospital or health insurance experience
In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tariff system (TARMED, TARDOC/flat rates, DRG, paramedicine)
Good and secure PC user skills
Knowledge of SAP and IBI-Care is an advantage
Independent, resilient, solution-oriented, and reliable personality
Team player and flexible with high customer and service quality
Quick comprehension, structured, and independent working style
