To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a **Subledger Clerk (DE/FR)** to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will support our financial processes and maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders. What you can achieve with us.
- Preparation and execution of supplier payments
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations within the EQUANS Group
- Management of collection files
- Execution of customer reminders
- Posting of banking and cash transactions
- Creation and updating of master data
- Handling internal and external requests by phone and in writing
- Support for administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
What defines you.
Language skills
- Negotiation-level French C1/C2 (mandatory)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Initial professional experience in a commercial, administrative or service-oriented role is an advantage
- Experience in finance or accounting is welcome
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Comfort with numbers and analytical mindset
- Structured, independent and reliable working method
- Strong customer orientation and service awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting with various interlocutors
- Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating within a large team
- Quick learning ability and willingness to develop
