Development Engineer Mechanical Engineering / Prototype Construction (m/f) in Central Switzerland | Obwalden

The focus is on supporting and designing new products – from the idea through the concept and design to production release. You will experience first-hand how fascinating prototypes are created hand in hand as the basis for new product lines and recognise the results of your own work in close cooperation with sales. This is therefore a generalist role with a broad and accordingly attractive range of tasks, as typically offered by a small company, where your constructive and creative qualities come into their own.

What is required is a versatile and practically minded personality with a technical basic education (e.g. polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, etc.) as well as further training as a mechanical engineer at Bachelor FH level. Experience in the development/design of prototypes in the fields of hydraulics, pneumatics, toolmaking or similar is an advantage. It is crucial that you convince with your structured and systematic approach, work in a team-oriented manner and have a positive basic attitude with noticeable motivation.
