For our department Professional Integration, at the Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our apprentices during the entry process (intake)
- Supporting our apprentices during training and in the search for a follow-up solution
- Acquiring jobs, internships, and training positions to integrate people with disabilities into the primary labor market
- Building sustainable relationships with existing and new partner companies
- Targeted intervention and support in crisis situations
Profile
- Further training as a Job Coach in Work Integration
- Several years of professional experience as a Job Coach in the social sector
- Knowledge of industry and/or gastronomy
- Good networking in the regional labor market of Central Switzerland
- Winning personality with communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
