We make companies mobile: At our locations in Oberhasli/ZH, Jegenstorf/BE, Altishofen/LU and Rolle/VD, we manufacture and assemble high-quality vehicle conversions with around 140 employees – from in-house production in carpentry and metalworking to complete vehicle fittings. For our production at the headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Independent assembly of worker boxes according to technical drawings and specifications
- Carrying out pre-assembly work on assemblies and components
- Performing adjustment work as well as mechanical rework
- Assembling screw and rivet connections
- Ensuring high-quality and timely assembly
- Applying various assembly techniques in metal and partly in wood areas
- Checking and testing assembled assemblies for functionality and quality
- Compliance with safety, quality and production guidelines
Additional tasks as Deputy Team Leader Assembly:
- Supporting the team leader in the technical and organisational management of the assembly team
- Deputising for the team leader during their absence
- Co-responsibility for planning, coordinating and monitoring daily production processes
- Supporting the induction and supervision of employees
- Promoting an efficient, quality-oriented and safe working method within the team
Your profile:
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Experience in assembly and working according to technical drawings
- Precise, clean and quality-conscious working style
- High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Flexibility and initiative
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
Additional requirements for the role as deputy team leader:
- Several years of professional experience in a production or assembly department
- Experience in a technical or personnel leadership role, for example as team leader, group leader or shift supervisor
- Organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and enjoyment in supporting and promoting employees
